Thank You For A Great 2009 Event
We would like to thank all of the participants, volunteers and sponsors for making the fourth annual Officer Shawn Silvera Memorial Run another wonderful event.
This year we experienced another year of significant growth with more than 300 participants taking part in the events - many in multiple events.
We were especially thankful to see the many families and participants enjoying the music and activies thoughout the morning which we work to expand every year.
We strive to help make the Officer Shawn Silvera Memorial Run more than simply another road race, but instead an event for competitive runners, first-time runners, children, walkers and the public safety community to enjoy and celebrate together, while supporting worthy causes in Shawn’s name.
Congratulations to the 2009 winners and partipants, with a special congratulations to the Public Safety Challenge Champions - Lino Lakes Police.
